We feature here a few of our many collector-grade knives.  Some are of new production while others date back to the 1940s and the 1950s.  Most are high-quality German pieces, while others are American-made.  Some are prototypes with only five to seven pieces in existence, while others are bone or ivory-handles pieces scrimshawed by Peggy Smith.
